Returning the goods
The buyer, who has chosen the delivery service during the order, undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided by him. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.
The buyer undertakes to pay for the goods immediately. The Seller has the right to cancel the order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 5 (five) working days.
Goods are delivered throughout Lithuania within 4 working days in cooperation with UAB Omniva LT and AB LIETUVOS PAŠTAS parcel delivery services. Goods can be delivered to Omniva, LP Express post machines or by courier to the specified address.
If the package is delivered by courier, by signing the invoice or other delivery-acceptance document, you confirm that the product is new, there is no transportation or other mechanical damage. Therefore, every time you receive the goods, inspect the packaging for damage or other mechanical or suspicious damage. If there are such violations, write them down in the document signed by the courier. If the Buyer does not perform these actions, the Seller is released from responsibility against the Buyer for product damage, if such damage was caused by packaging damage that the Buyer did not note in the above procedure.

In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the control of the Buyer.
The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the order of the Minister of Economy on 06.29.2001 no. 217 approved by the "Rules for return and exchange of items" and the order of the Minister of Economy on August 17, 2001 no. 258 of the approved "Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication".
Returning the goods
1. Terms of product return: 1.1 The buyer can exercise the right to return a high-quality and unused product within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the goods, informing the Seller about this, as provided for in the "Sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication" 1.2 Low-quality goods are returned in accordance with of the Minister of Economy in 2001 June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items" approved by the rules for the return and exchange of items." 1.3 When returning quality goods, the following conditions are observed:

1.4 If the product is not fully assembled, is damaged, untidy or not properly packed, the Seller has the right not to accept the product, not to exchange it and not to return the money paid by the buyer for the product. 2.
